Being that personnel management is vital, Xpert is also capable of managing users from its CMS and leaving a record of all their actions within the application that will be later displayed from report formats and data visualizations that are relevant to the management of Sales force.
Xpert Cms allows Users with Super Admin, Admin, and Trainer Roles access to Dashboards with all the metrics of what is happening with the courses, evaluations, and training content at the Country, Region, Chain, and store level of each division.
This CMS controls and feeds the content of the Xpert app to more than 500 promoters per division, in this way there is an overview of each of the divisions at an annual, monthly, weekly, or daily level, monitoring the performance of each Promoter.
For this CMS I use the Samsung design system beginning with the color palette that was developed was based on the primary and secondary colors of the brand. The scale and typography is defined with the official font of Samsung Sharp for titles and Samsung One for texts providing consistency and maintaining the hierarchy in sections and actions.
The components and the use of Auto-layout to streamline the process of changes or adjustments finally The imagery takes resources of the product with high quality pics and illustrations that allow to focus the attention in the features that are communicating each part of the application.
