Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience designing enterprise, fintech, telecommunications, and consumer digital products across web and mobile platforms. I have led product design initiatives as a Lead Product Designer for Samsung LATAM, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex customer and business problems into scalable digital solutions. My experience spans product discovery, user research, UX strategy, interaction design, design systems, prototyping, and iterative validation, helping multidisciplinary teams make informed product decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

FWA Redesign + Bundles & Packages

The Verizon Business FWA redesign reimagines the prospect and bundle configuration experience through a modular and scalable system aligned with the Monarch Design System. By using adaptable VCG components, the experience simplifies service customization, improves usability across flows, and helps users confidently build solutions tailored to their business needs.

Case:

Xpert App

Xpert App is a local initiative of Samsung Colombia that seeks to help promoters and trainers to stay up to date with the latest content coming from Samsung Korea such as releases, reviews of technical features, soft skills through an app that seeks to resolve doubts about the content they receive in training.

Through a more intuitive way to consult news, courses, questionnaires, evaluations for promoters. And the clearer, easier training design through which the creation of training material and execution of online and face-to-face training for coaches.

Flip & Fold Music Fest Live Platform

Flip and Fold Music Fest is a live concert at the Movistar Arena for the launch of the new Samsung Galaxy ZFlip 3 and ZFold 3 cellphones. Through the design of our own customizable Lives platform, we seek to link the experiences of our users in 3 different scenarios. Attending the physical concert, participating in the Samsung activities center, and enjoying the event in the online transmission from home.

About Me

Over the past 8+ years, I've worked on digital products across telecommunications, fintech, and consumer technology, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business teams to solve complex problems through design.

I'm most comfortable working on products with lots of moving parts where customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints all have to come together. I enjoy asking questions, understanding how things work, and finding ways to make complex experiences feel simpler and more intuitive.

My work usually starts with discovery and research, but it doesn't end there. I like being involved throughout the product lifecycle, from defining the problem to testing solutions and working closely with development teams to bring them to life.

Whether I'm redesigning enterprise workflows for Verizon, building digital products for Samsung, or improving payment experiences at PayU, my focus has always been the same: creating products that are easier to understand, easier to use, and built to last.
