FWA Redesign + Bundles & Packages

The Verizon Business FWA redesign reimagines the prospect and bundle configuration experience through a modular and scalable system aligned with the Monarch Design System. By using adaptable VCG components, the experience simplifies service customization, improves usability across flows, and helps users confidently build solutions tailored to their business needs.

Case:

Xpert App

Xpert App is a local initiative of Samsung Colombia that seeks to help promoters and trainers to stay up to date with the latest content coming from Samsung Korea such as releases, reviews of technical features, soft skills through an app that seeks to resolve doubts about the content they receive in training.

Through a more intuitive way to consult news, courses, questionnaires, evaluations for promoters. And the clearer, easier training design through which the creation of training material and execution of online and face-to-face training for coaches.

Case:

Flip & Fold Music Fest Live Platform

Flip and Fold Music Fest is a live concert at the Movistar Arena for the launch of the new Samsung Galaxy ZFlip 3 and ZFold 3 cellphones. Through the design of our own customizable Lives platform, we seek to link the experiences of our users in 3 different scenarios. Attending the physical concert, participating in the Samsung activities center, and enjoying the event in the online transmission from home.

About Me

Throughout my work experience I have designed and developed projects and digital products focused on improving the user experience through research methodologies, ideation, creation of wireframes, user flows, functional prototypes and tests, allowing me to communicate my ideas through graphic elements, clean and attractive interfaces that meet technical and aesthetic requirements.

I also have knowledge in html, html5 and CSS3 layout, which has allowed me to relate easily with development teams giving visual keys for their implementation.
